This is a game all about making more COAL. And there is machines to make that happen. All the while there is a mysterious figure talking to you. Can you uncover what's truly happening?
A relatively short, and interesting experience, in a 2d pixel art style made completely from scratch in the GMTK Game Jam time period.
*The game has been updated!*
The problems should be resolved now, the transporters have been updated, and a tutorial was added. Let me know if you encounter any more bugs or problems!
And now there is also a windows version, and a legacy windows version if you want the original. Both are available for download!
Thanks for playing!
The game was made in Unity with sprites made with Piskel, sound effects from https://freesound.org/, and edited in FL studio. The fonts are all from https://www.fontsquirrel.com/.

Pixel art works really poorly in this one: everything looks alike, arrows are barely visible.
Biggest gameplay problem seems to be belt directions. From what I understand, it's not possible to control those and it's unclear how to layout them (and get the machines to cooperate) the way you want.
i can not get powered furnace to work
That's weird. Are you sure you powered it and put the SECOND type of coal? The type is specific
i ment getting a set up is to hard i did eventually get it to work but its very annoying to get all the convery belts to go right
A fun game to play.
I loved the music it loops nicely. I can listen to it in background while working.
100% worth a shot
